If you have thought this lately, you will be interested in MAINstream South Dakota. We are a bipartisan group of business, political, religious and community leaders who are working to promote civility and reason in discourse about important issues that affect us all.

We believe that “the voice in the middle” is broad and wide, represents most South Dakotans, and needs to be heard. We stand against extremist voices who often get the most media attention. We will promote and preserve traditional American values like the separation of church and state, individual rights, and tolerance and compassion for all.

The rhetoric of divisiveness is escalating. The threat of polarization is increasing. We want to offer information to as many of our fellow citizens as we can about how to resist the imposition of ideologies upon us.
